Thanks to the update to Abacus version 2022, the VAT statement for the Federal Tax Administration can be created almost automatically with the new wizard. The VAT accounting wizard guides the user step by step through the complete VAT accounting process. After creating the statement, the transfer postings are automatically transferred to the stored VAT accounts. Finally, the VAT statement can be uploaded directly to the tax authority portal using the newly integrated electronic data transfer. Manual data entry in the tax portal is no longer necessary.
