In spring 2020, our clients' audit deadlines fell into the Corona lockdown and the audit was fully organised digitally. Due to our structured approach, the audit could still take place on schedule. The audit team was able to complete its tasks from the home office and did not have to appear on site; documents were transmitted on a secure channel and questions could be answered by e-mail or video conference.
Due to the positive experiences, many customers decided early on to carry out the audit digitally again in spring 2021 - with success. The digitalisation of the audit has thus established itself and will become a standard process in the future.
