IT-Supporter:in mitEntwicklungspotenzial / im Bereich grafikbeschleunigte virtuelle Arbeitsplätze (100%)
As part of a team of seven, you will support our customers with their IT issues in the helpdesk. In addition to specific tasks, you will be involved in exciting customer projects. Together with an outstanding team of specialists, you will ensure the operation and maintenance of our private cloud. As part of the team, we look after our self-developed virtualized CAD workstations and our own high-performance servers and continue to develop them further.
What we want from you
- You have knowledge and experience in using the latest Microsoft systems (Windows Server 2019/2022, Office 365) and in setting up client and peripheral devices (notebooks, printers, etc.). You are also interested in technical details.
- You have experience with VDI environments based on VMware or Citrix.
- You are a technically competent person with IT training (completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist) and ideally also have experience in first level support.
- You like to take on responsibility and are a customer-oriented person who works in partnership and trust with our customers to find the optimum solution.
- You have a very good command of (Swiss) German and French.
- You are uncomplicated, team-oriented, have a good sense of humor and keep calm and on top of things even in hectic situations.
