At our Bern location we are looking for a new team member with immediate effect or by arrangement as
IT-Supporter:in 80-100%
As part of a team of ten, you will support our customers with their IT issues in the helpdesk. In addition to specific tasks, you will be involved in exciting customer projects. Together with an outstanding team of specialists, you will ensure the operation and maintenance of our private cloud. As part of the team, we look after our self-developed, virtualized CAD workstations and the high-performance servers we have developed ourselves and continuously optimize them.
What we want from you
- Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist or comparable training
- Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in the IT environment
- Interest in technical details
- Experience in first level support
- Experience with hardware assembling and purchasing
- Experience with hypervisor (VMware/Xen) and VDI environments based on Horizon and/or Citrix an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with current Microsoft systems (Windows Server 2019/2022, Office365, Azure)
- Experience in client management
- Experience in first level support
- Responsible, trustworthy and customer-oriented personality
- Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German, good knowledge of English and/or French
- Uncomplicated, team-oriented and humorous personality
