For our finance department, we are looking for a dedicated individual with a hands-on approach to serve as
Finance and Accounting Specialist 80–100% | Bern, near the train station | Immediate start or date to be agreed upon

Our Finance and Controlling team offers a comprehensive range of services to both internal and external clients. With our expertise, dedication, and a focus on forward-looking solutions, we provide a reliable basis for decision-making and enable our clients to focus on their core competencies.
Your tasks:
· You will independently handle client accounting—from A (fixed asset accounting) to Z (payment processing)
· You will prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
· You will participate in the budgeting process and prepare meaningful reports for management
· You will analyze existing financial processes and work with the team to further develop them
· You'll contribute your expertise and help develop customized solutions for our clients
What you'll bring to the table:
· Extensive experience in finance and accounting, and a passion for professional development
· Advanced training in finance (Certificate in Finance and Accounting) or a willingness to pursue such training
· Strong IT skills and proficiency with Abacus and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Uncomplicated, service-oriented and resilient personality
· Ability to work accurately and independently
· A knack for numbers, a holistic approach to problem-solving, and an interest in efficient processes
· A strong hands-on approach and a passion for working as part of a team
· Knowledge of InDesign is a plus
