Finance and Accounting Specialist 80-100%
Our team offers internal and external clients a full range of services in the areas of finance and controlling. In this role, you will be responsible for client accounting and provide technical support to the team. You will develop into the deputy head of the department, taking on coordination tasks. You will help further develop processes, build expertise, and contribute to the sustainable management of the department. The position is generally a full-time role, but we are open to a temporary part-time arrangement if you are currently pursuing further education.
Your tasks:
· Responsibility for client accounting
· Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in accordance with SwissGAAP FER / OR)
· Participation in the budgeting process, including analysis and reporting for management
· Analysis and further development of financial processes and systems
· Relieving the division manager of day-to-day operational responsibilities
· Handling complex issues, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with standards
What we want from you:
· Several years of experience in finance and accounting, with a desire to continue developing professionally
· Advanced training in finance, controlling, and business administration, as well as extensive practical experience
· Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Abacus ERP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Uncomplicated, service-oriented and resilient personality with a hands-on mentality
· The ability to work accurately and independently, combined with a knack for numbers and the ability to think holistically
