In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own clients’ accounts and providing technical support to the team. At the same time, you will grow into the role of technical deputy with coordination responsibilities and actively contribute to the further development of our processes and systems.
In the medium term—within two to three years—you’re expected to take over as head of the Finance division. This position therefore offers ideal career prospects for an experienced professional with ambitions for growth. It’s also a good fit for you if you’re currently pursuing advanced training to become an expert in accounting and controlling and would like to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
Your tasks:
· You will independently manage client accounting and be responsible for its quality
· You will prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
· You will take on responsibility for the budgeting process, including preparing insightful analyses and reports for management
· You will analyze existing financial processes and work with the team to further develop them
· You will support the division management in day-to-day operations
· You will handle complex technical topics and ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements
· You will continuously expand your expertise and take on an increasing number of coordination and leadership responsibilities
What you'll bring to the table:
· Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, as well as a desire to grow both professionally and personally
· Advanced training in finance, management accounting, or business administration, or a willingness to pursue such training
· Solid practical experience and a passion for sharing your knowledge with the team
· Strong IT skills and proficiency with Abacus and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Ability to work independently and meticulously, a knack for numbers, and the ability to think holistically
· Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and working together to develop pragmatic solutions
