After four years of development, the project management module of our arcDIGITAL platform is now available for our customers.
Previously, project planning and overviews were often carried out manually using Excel files, the data from which then had to be transferred to the accounting system. This process was time-consuming and error-prone. With arcDIGITAL, a digital solution was created that communicates directly with our Abacus system and significantly simplifies the entire process.
arcDIGITAL stands for digital architecture and offers architects and planners a central tool to manage their projects efficiently. The module enables the recording of contractual fees, planned external costs and employee workload planning. This planning data can be compared with the costs incurred and the hours worked at any time. This gives users a transparent overview of project progress and the current invoicing status at a glance.
In addition, arcDIGITAL offers various evaluations that serve as valuable management tools - for example, for analyzing employee capacity utilization or forecasting future net revenue according to project planning.
