Reorganization in the HR area 2024 - review

In April 2024, we successfully completed the reorganization of our HR department. Since then, we have been working in two clearly defined units: HR Services and HR Business Partner. This new structure enables us to focus our services more specifically and efficiently on the needs of our customers and employees.

Over the past year, our team has become well established and built up a strong team spirit. We are constantly working to further optimize and standardize processes - with the aim of offering our customers even higher quality services.

HR services - reliable, efficient, structured


Our HR Services division is responsible for all personnel administration along the HR life cycle. This includes drawing up contracts, handling all matters relating to social insurance and the entire payroll process.

HR Business Partner - close, advisory, development-oriented


Our HR Business Partners are on hand to advise managers and employees - be it in recruitment, support or development. They also offer individual support in challenging situations and change processes and actively accompany change.

The coordination and strategic orientation of both areas is in the hands of our strategic HR management, which also provides our clients with competent support in overarching, strategic HR management issues.

With this realignment, we have created clear structures, strengthened cooperation and offer our customers even more targeted support - now and in the future.
