2025 Year in Review

finitia looks back on an eventful and varied year in 2025. The most important developments per department were:

  • Finances:

In 2025, our team was strengthened by the addition of new specialists. The new members complement our team with their outstanding expertise as well as their warm personalities and commitment.

Furthermore, the digital accounts payable workflow was successfully implemented for various customers. Another huge milestone is the launch of our arcDIGITAL platform, which makes planning and controlling tasks easier for our customers.
After years of development, we were able to go live in fall 2025 and generate our first successful closing with the arcDIGITAL platform.  

  • HRM:

The new organization of the HR department, introduced in 2024, was successfully stabilized and further developed last year. Processes were continuously optimized and specifically geared toward efficiency, quality, and customer benefit.

We successfully launched and implemented several major projects for our customers. In addition, key KPIs were defined, structured, and further developed so that we can make our consulting services even more data- and fact-based in the future.

Another milestone was our commitment to promoting young talent: finitia successfully prepared for the training of an apprentice business administrator and an apprentice IT specialist, and supported both of them in getting their vocational training off to a successful start.

  • IT services:

The year 2025 was marked by three projects: New Networking and Security, Exchange Online, and the migration to Windows 11. All three projects serve to simplify the overall system and improve security. All devices, regardless of where employees are located, will always be behind our firewall. Thanks to the restructuring of IT services with the two team leaders Lars (Engineering) and Marco (Support), we are well prepared for future challenges.

So, in 2025, a lot has happened (as it does every year)! We have continued to develop, optimized processes, and welcomed new employees. Now we are looking forward to the new year with excitement and enthusiasm.
