And to further facilitate the work of customers, intensive work was carried out on the development of software that will simplify the planning and controlling tasks of architects, planners and engineers.
In 2024, the HR department was split into two new divisions, HR Services and HR Business Partners, in order to continuously improve the quality of our services. Our team played a proactive role in shaping this reorganization and is fully committed to the new processes and procedures. Thanks to the newly gained stability in both areas, further developments can now take place in the new year and our services can be further expanded and improved.
In 2024, IT Services significantly expanded its VDI infrastructure with the commissioning of three additional high-performance VDI servers. This enables us to provide our customers with even more graphics and computing power for their virtual CAD workstations. The introduction of PureStorage's storage solution not only offers significantly faster data access, but also effectively protects our customers' data from loss and cyberattacks with secure snapshots. By expanding the IT team, we are well equipped for future new customers and challenges.
