IT team finitia

Our IT team ensures smooth processes and modern solutions that optimally support the day-to-day work of our employees and customers. Whether it's system architecture, security or user support - we know what's important in the digital world.

Our IT department is divided into two specialized teams:

• Support team: The focus here is on direct contact with our customers. Our helpdesk provides reliable support, whether for day-to-day support requests, monitoring data centers or updating your IT infrastructure. Our team is very familiar with terms such as CAD, BIM, IFC and VDC, enabling us to provide our customers with efficient and targeted support.

Security, transparency and efficiency are the guiding principles of our work. With innovative solutions, modular hardware and future-oriented systems, we ensure mobility, flexibility and smooth collaboration, regardless of where employees or business partners are located.

In order to meet the growing requirements, we are continuously investing in our IT expertise. New colleagues bring fresh impetus and new perspectives so that we can constantly improve our services for more stability, flexibility and innovation.

As finitia's IT team, we support architecture, planning and engineering firms with customized solutions.
