Senior IT Support Specialist 80-100%
As a passionate IT support specialist, you will assist our customers with their IT issues in the helpdesk and participate in exciting customer projects. Together with our dedicated team, you will ensure the operation and maintenance of our private cloud as well as the support and further development of our self-developed virtualized CAD workstations and high-performance servers.
What we want from you
· Completed vocational training as a business IT specialist EFZ or platform development IT specialist EFZ
· 3-5 years of professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support
· Great interest in technical details
· Knowledge and experience with current Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Intune)
- Experience in setting up client and peripheral devices (notebooks, printers, etc.)
· Experience with VDI environments based on VMware and Citrix is an advantage
- Responsible, trustworthy and customer-oriented personality
· Quick comprehension and hands-on mentality
· Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German; knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
· Category B driver's license
- Uncomplicated, team-oriented and humorous personality
