In this versatile role, you’ll support our customers through first- and second-level support, analyze technical issues, and ensure reliable and sustainable solutions. You’ll work closely with our engineering and project teams as well as external partners, and, when necessary, you’ll also provide on-site support directly at our customers’ locations.
You'll be working in a diverse IT environment that includes Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix, VMware, as well as specialized CAD and high-performance workstations.
Your main responsibilities:
· First- and second-level support for our customers
· Analyzing and resolving issues related to clients, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and virtual workstations
· Provisioning and support of Windows workstations and client hardware
· Assisting with client management using Microsoft Intune
· Support for rollouts, changes, and smaller technical projects
· Support and troubleshooting in Citrix- and VMware-based environments
· Documenting solutions and further developing our knowledge base
· Identifying recurring issues and collaborating on sustainable solutions
· On-site support visits to our customers
What we want from you:
· Completed vocational apprenticeship as an IT specialist (EFZ) or comparable training
· Experience in first- and second-level support, ideally in an end-user and workplace environment
· Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and modern client management with Intune
· Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is a plus
· Experience working with client hardware and setting up workstations
· Enjoyment in analyzing technical problems in a structured manner and developing solutions independently
· A responsible, reliable, and customer-focused approach to work
· An independent, team-oriented person with a healthy sense of humor
· Excellent proficiency in Swiss German and German, as well as good proficiency in English and/or French
