Co-Head of IT Services 80-100%
Together with your counterpart, you will be responsible for the strategic, technical and organizational management of our IT services. You ensure the stable, secure and future-proof operation of the IT infrastructure and are the central point of contact for all IT-related questions at management level.
Responsibilities - strategic, strong leadership and operational
Strategic management
- Further development of the IT strategy and IT architecture in close coordination with the management
- Management and implementation of strategic IT projects
- Analysis, optimization and digitalization of IT service processes
- Budget planning and management of internal resources and external partners
Personnel management
- Direct management and further development of team leaders in the areas of support and engineering
- Responsibility for team organization, task distribution and personnel development
- Promotion of training and further education
Operational business
- Ensuring smooth IT operations (hardware, software, networks, security)
- Quality assurance of 1st and 2nd level support
- Responsibility for IT administration, rollouts and lifecycle management
- Coordination of external service providers and suppliers
Communication& Coordination
- Link between IT, management and the division heads
- Creation and maintenance of decision bases, IT documentation and training documents
- Active contribution to cross-divisional cooperation and know-how transfer
What we want from you
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable training with sound professional experience
- Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT service management and IT security
- 2-3 years management experience in a comparable role
- Strong conceptual, organizational and communication skills
- High sense of responsibility, solution-oriented thinking and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German as well as knowledge of other national languages or English an advantage
