finitia has existed as an independent company since 2005. Prior to that, our company belonged to one of the leading architectural firms in Switzerland. We were therefore born with an understanding of the project business - and have developed it over the years in cooperation with architects, planners and engineers. On this basis, finitia has developed a system of key figures that is tailored to the industry and has proven itself over the years.
The evaluation of a long-term construction project is complex, but not witchcraft. With a project evaluation factor, productivity or over- or under-invoicing (project value compared to invoicing), the status as well as the value of a project can be assessed with a few key figures. In this way, you can recognise opportunities as well as risks at an early stage and define suitable measures to lead the project to success. Supplemented by other company-specific key figures, project management and management receive the basics to fulfil their tasks and roles.
How often a project should be assessed depends on your needs. Depending on the risk environment, the assessment can take place monthly or quarterly, for example. We also review the value of the project data in an annual meeting.
